Diane Zych posted a condolence

Dear Family,
Bill and my husband, Dale, were friends for a long time. They enjoyed playing tennis and golf and had lots of good times together. When my husband was sick, Bill would come over and sit with him. My sons and my grandson all knew and liked Bill. We shared our faith also. We felt so badly for him when his beloved wife, Sharon, died. My husband passed away in April of 2016, and Bill was so sad. He was a good and faith-filled man and I am so sorry for your loss. I'm also sorry that I didn't know of his passing when it happened as we would have come to the Celebration of Life.
With my deepest sympathy and in Christ's love,
Diane Zych

Bill was a great guy. My dad Clint and I used to play tennis with him over at Van Buren Park several times each month. I knew John in high school. My condolences to his family.

Rik, my Dad told me many stories of playing against you and your Dad in tennis. He loved to play. He spent countless hours at those tennis courts on sixth street. I used to fetch balls for him and my uncle when I was a young kid. Thanks for your comments.
