Dear Mike and Ross,
I wanted to thank you for everything you did for my mother’s Mass. It went off without a hitch and that was largely up to you. And I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was not to have to do all the thinking and planning and perfecting - you did it all. We will forever be grateful!
Mike and Ross,
I want to thank you for all that you provide and do for the ones who remain behind a loved one’s passing.
I have entered many Homes over the years; paid my respects and taken notice of gracious hosting.
From our first sit down I recognized we had chosen smartly a Home where Spank- the “ perfectionist” himself would have been most pleased.
Splendidly directed, gracefully hosted...Brown Funeral Home ....Thank you for being there .
On behalf of the Family
Dear Mike and Ross,
How does a family express gratitude to you both -"Thank you" just isn't enough. There is no words! Grief over the loss of my daughter, the kids mother, Dede & John's sister, Roddie & Ella's grandmother and many friends at times is unbearable.
The constant care and concern of you both made it so much easier. Even after the Funeral Mass you reached out to offer more. "Can we do anything else". Every request was met-every detail was welcomed.
Mega thank you's-many hugs, my daughter, Colleen LeClair Nickolas had a perfect wake and funeral to send her into the arms of our Lord and her loved ones passed.
Sincerely, Love, Louella Griswold LeClair
Thank you for being professional and also a friend during the passing of Dennis' mother. You were very kind in all that you did for us in making this difficult time a little easier. You went above and beyond what we expected.
Truly appreciated, The Deyo family
Words can't express our gratitude to you for all your help and caring. You truly are a wonderful person. We appreciate having you as one of our dear friends. Your concern about our situation means a lot to us. You helped us through a very difficult time, thank you.
Love, Dennis & Nikki
Death is a part of life, but it is very hard on those left behind. Everyone wishes their loved ones could stay with them forever. With faith, it will happen. After taking care of my Dad every day for just over a month as he battled cancer, his time came. Even though I knew it was coming, he waited for and passed on my birthday. He gave me the best presents he could. Michael Brown was the first phone call I made. I had been in touch with him a couple times before, but he didn’t care what time it was; he came right away. He found his way out to the "Boon docks." Mike and Pete let me have a birthday beer with all who were there before taking Dad. The next few days were kind of a blur, but any questions I had, Mike answered, again the time didn’t matter. He would even send friendly reminders, like “Did you call the florist?” The service was off site, but Mike made sure everything was ready. Everything went so smoothly. He did so well with my Dad, but he did awesome with us, the family, the hardest part of his job. I am a better person for knowing Mike. He truly is a blessing.
Thank you Mike! God bless. Sue Ellen Jones
Dear Michael and Ross,
We just want to say thank you for all your help at the time of Steve's passing. You both were there with compassion and answers, so family oriented. God bless you both. We know that your business will be busier than you want to be. Busy is good, but family time together takes priority as you both know. May you both and your families be blessed with the best life has to offer. Until we meet again.
Sincerely, The Latocha family
I just wanted to thank you for your superior services over the last week. Although my father's death was not unexpected, it was very hard to make all the decisions necessary. Mike, you made the process extremely easy for my mother and I. You were very professional, yet, genuine and comforting through every step. Ross introduced himself in the vestibule of the church. He has a very calming and comforting presence about him, too. Please feel free to share this email as a testimony to the high quality of service your funeral home provides the entire family. Professional, caring, genuine, and extremely efficient is how I would describe our experience with your funeral services. We will most definitely look to you in the future.
Sincerely, Melissa Aumell
When my daughter, Cindy passed away, Michael Brown and Ross Belfiore understood from the beginning our family's grief. In planning her funeral they asked questions and showed a gentle insight into her special needs when she was alive. Cindy's funeral service was an absolute celebration of her dear life. As deep as our mourning was, we were able to rejoice in her life. Her love for us came through in their conversations with the family and their approach to our saying goodbye to Cindy. Michael, Ross and their staff were professional and so attuned to our needs as we said goodbye one last time.
We will always be grateful for the wonderful send off for our special Cindy.
Pat and I want to thank you for all you have done during this difficult time. We appreciate your professionalism and how well prepared everything was for us. Humor used in just the right places, with just the right people made all " things" easier to deal with. Our mom certainly looked like our mom and we will always be grateful. Our family, comforted by the way they were all treated, have only good things to say about their experience with Michael E. Brown Funeral Services. Thank you both.
