How does a family express gratitude to you both -"Thank you" just isn't enough. There is no words! Grief over the loss of my daughter, the kids mother, Dede & John's sister, Roddie & Ella's grandmother and many friends at times is unbearable.
The constant care and concern of you both made it so much easier. Even after the Funeral Mass you reached out to offer more. "Can we do anything else". Every request was met-every detail was welcomed.
Mega thank you's-many hugs, my daughter, Colleen LeClair Nickolas had a perfect wake and funeral to send her into the arms of our Lord and her loved ones passed.

Death is a part of life, but it is very hard on those left behind. Everyone wishes their loved ones could stay with them forever. With faith, it will happen. After taking care of my Dad every day for just over a month as he battled cancer, his time came. Even though I knew it was coming, he waited for and passed on my birthday. He gave me the best presents he could. Michael Brown was the first phone call I made. I had been in touch with him a couple times before, but he didn’t care what time it was; he came right away. He found his way out to the "Boon docks." Mike and Pete let me have a birthday beer with all who were there before taking Dad. The next few days were kind of a blur, but any questions I had, Mike answered, again the time didn’t matter. He would even send friendly reminders, like “Did you call the florist?” The service was off site, but Mike made sure everything was ready. Everything went so smoothly. He did so well with my Dad, but he did awesome with us, the family, the hardest part of his job. I am a better person for knowing Mike. He truly is a blessing.

I just wanted to thank you for your superior services over the last week. Although my father's death was not unexpected, it was very hard to make all the decisions necessary. When my daughter, Cindy passed away, Michael Brown and Ross Belfiore understood from the beginning our family's grief. In planning her funeral they asked questions and showed a gentle insight into her special needs when she was alive. Cindy's funeral service was an absolute celebration of her dear life. As deep as our mourning was, we were able to rejoice in her life. Her love for us came through in their conversations with the family and their approach to our saying goodbye to Cindy. Michael, Ross and their staff were professional and so attuned to our needs as we said goodbye one last time.
