Obituary of Dawn M. Anderson

Dawn Marie Anderson, 66, of Harmony, North Carolina, formerly of Fulton was finally reunited with her best friend and soul mate Ronald Anderson on October 24, 2020 after a year of declining health. Dawn was born September 30, 1954 in Fulton to Henry and Rose Clark. She loved her family but her grandbabies and being “Nana” was so very important to her. As an Italian woman she absolutely loved cooking and baking for everyone. Anytime she was with her family and her boys was when she was happiest. She not only loved to cook in the kitchen she also enjoyed family cook-outs. When she wasn’t cooking she loved watching “The Voice”. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were her favorite. Dawn’s family was her pride and joy. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Arthur, Mark, Chad and Jason Donahue (Bonnie Estes); three brothers, Hank, John and Mark Clark; one sister; Kim Becker; her aunt, June Johnston; 19 grandchildren, Arthur J. Donahue II, Sophia, Maria, Shawn, Bella, Jason M. Donahue II, Gregory, Jacob, Mark Donahue II, Brittany Rose Marie, Tyler, Mason, Matthew, Makayla, Chad Donahue, Jr., Timothy, Beth, Brandon and Colton; one great grandchild on the way as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Anderson; her aunt, Eleanor McGraw; a brother, Jerry Clark and by a granddaughter, Dawn Victoria Donahue. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2020 at Brown Funeral Home. Dawn will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Ronald at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fulton. Before his passing Ronald told her he would be waiting for her on a bench for her to get there. They finally got to be reunited and will be together forever. To leave a message of sympathy for Dawn’s family, please visit www.brownfuneralhomefulton.com
