I’m sorry to just hear of Earl’s passing. I’m his summer neighbor and wondered why I hadn’t seen him this summer. Earl was a good neighbor and will be missed.

RIP Earl. I know you laughed at me when I went with you and your sisters to bring the cows in and I step in deep mud and lost my shoe! Ah the joys of childhood when living on a farm. It’s funny to me now too! I’ll miss your greeting me with a big hug and a wide grin! Your other Aunt Alice (Fletcher Sivers)

Earl was my cousin and since I may have only seen him twice in the last 45 years. Thankfully, we ran into each other at our grandparents' cemetery two years ago. I was weeding and he was cleaning the headstones. Earl's Dad and my Mom are also buried near their parents. There is something about cousins. No matter how long it is, it's a more immediate connection. I'm thankful that I saw him and that we shared a love of the generations who came before us. Wishing him the same from the generations here and yet to be born. All my best to Earl's family and friends. Denise Woodworth, Ruth Engle Woodworth's daughter.
