We offer excellent service, Green/Natural Burials, very reasonably priced caskets, affordable cremation options, complete traditional funeral services, a large beautiful chapel, an on-site banquet facility and believe our true value is in the service and care we provide to the families that call upon us.
Michael Brown and Ross Belfiore purchased Grace Bible Baptist Church on Flood Drive and transformed it into Brown Funeral Home with the purpose of providing the community with a "New Level of Care" in funeral service. As friends working together at another funeral home in Fulton our partnership began with the purchase of a funeral home in Cazenovia, New York which is now Michael E. Brown Funeral Services. Built on a foundation of hard work, compassion and honesty we saw a need to provide the residents of Fulton with quality, compassionate funeral services. Everything we do is in the best interest of the families we serve and we are personally involved in every aspect of the services we provide. The several options offered to families are based on a standard and every family is served with dignity and respect regardless of their financial means. Our chapel is spacious with seating for over 150 people, offers an on-site banquet room for up to 60 guests, our funeral home is completely handicap accessible and offers an audio/visual system that allows us to play Video Tributes and music in our chapel during visitations and services which can be easily heard and viewed by all in attendance.
Michael Brown has been a funeral director and trade embalmer in Central New York since 1999 and considers it an honor to be the co-owner and operator of Brown Funeral Home. He resides in Fulton with his wife, Jennifer (Pawlewicz) and their seven children, Elizabeth, Julia, Mikey, Campbell, Matthew, Catherine and Gabriella.
Ross Belfiore is a lifelong resident of Fulton and the co-owner and operator of Brown Funeral Home. He has over 40 years of experience in funeral service as a licensed cosmetologist and working funeral services. His extensive career in education brings a comforting presence to those dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Unlike most funeral homes, at our funeral arrangement conference, both Mike and Ross will sit down with you to go over the many details in arranging the services. While we may make recommendations, you will never feel pressured or discouraged in the type of service you select.
In February of 2020 we opened our banquet facility which is attached to our funeral home and seats up to 60 guests. This recent addition is beneficial to the families we serve making the transition from the services to the reception very easy.
We are a member of the New York State Funeral Directors Association and perform with a high standard of ethical values to the families we serve.

We stand behind the services and merchandise that we provide to our families and if you are not completely satisfied with a particular item, if we cannot correct it to your satisfaction in a timely manner you will not be charged for that specific item. While we always strive to provide the best service possible, our guarantee does not apply to deaths that are due to traumatic circumstances or pre/post mortem conditions that make the deceased non-viewable. Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the funeral home charges, not the Cash Advance Items. The charges would be refunded only to the purchaser.
