Obituary of Sheila Catherine McNulty Hemler
Sheila “She She” Catherine McNulty Hemler, 66, of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, February 3, 2025 at Francis House following a short battle with an aggressive form of cancer. She was born March 27, 1958 in Oswego to Edward and Libby L.V. McNulty. Sheila retired as a Procurement Analyst from National Grid after 35 years of service. She had many lifelong friends and enjoyed taking rides throughout the country. She will be remembered for saying “never better” when asked about how she was doing, a statement she said right up until the end.
She is survived by her son, Curtis (Rachel Skarr) Farfaglia of Cato; her twin sister, Susie (Kyle) Cook of Syracuse; her sister, Marie (Eileen) Martin of Branford, CT and Venice, FL; her step-sons, Josh Hemler of Pennellville and Jake (Kate) Hemler of Orlando, FL; her step-mother, Sue (Tom) Mathews of Oswego; eight nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins and friends across the United States. In addition to her parents, Sheila was predeceased by her husband, Michael Hemler and by her brother, Terry McNulty.
